Emirates Park Hotel & Towers, offering panoramic views from more than 900 guest rooms and 300 serviced apartments, will overlook Business Bay with its Burj Al Arab Tower centrepiece on one side; and the new creek extension leading to Jumeirah Beach on the other.

Located behind Dnata Travel Centre on Sheikh Zayed Road, and flanked by parks and waterways, it will also be connected to Dubai International Airport, Dubai city and Jebel Ali by the new monorail link. 

Formerly visualized as a single tower construction, its design and location were reconfigured to cover a plot of 20,000 square metres, after plans for the route of the new creek to create Business Bay were altered.
